East Falls is an urban village on the Schuylkill River.  On the banks of the beautiful Schuylkill River and a short distance from Center City Philadelphia, PA, the neighborhood has a vibrant residential community, with successful businesses and education institutions, extensive parkland access, and an adventurous spirit that reflects our long history and helps guide our continuing evolution.

For families, the young and young at heart, outdoor enthusiasts, artists, and professionals, East Falls offers an attractive mix of affordable living and outdoor activities. We have a myriad of business and investment opportunities. As a resident or business owner, you may see neighbors at a community meeting, the Bike Race Block Party, biking along the river path, or enjoying a drink at one of our local cafes

Our closeness to the Center City combined with our convenient location to major transportation arteries as well as SEPTA Regional Rail route, provide excellent access to those coming through the neighborhood and makes it easy to get to an extensive variety of Philadelphia activities. Wherever you come from, we think you’ll agree that East Falls is a unique and exciting place.

We’re happy to have you visit our site. There is much to learn and enjoy about East Falls. Look around and come visit us soon! Directions are available here.
